Ron’s Story

During his 35 year career as a math teacher and coach at Eisenhower, Lindbergh, and Hopkins High Schools, he motivated countless numbers of student-athletes, eventually leading hockey teams to the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament and a team to a State Soccer Championship in 1983.

After retiring as Athletic Director from the school district in 1999, he continued working for and empowering student athletes through the State High School League and USA Hockey Camps until his death in 2012.
